How it works

  1. 1

Paste the link or upload photos

Etuovi and Vuokraovi listings are read automatically, floor plan included. Not published yet? Upload the photos.

  2. 2

    Choose photos and extra settings

We pick one photo per room and both views of an open living area for you. Style, amount of furniture and lighting are optional: the defaults work as they are.

  3. 3

    Download, or ask for changes

Full-size photos are usually ready in 15–30 minutes. Something off? Mark the photo and say what to change.

Why Stailer

Built for listings: consistent, high quality and fast.

  • Consistent

The same furniture from every angle

Other virtual staging furnishes each photo on its own, so two views of the living room get two different sofas. Stailer plans the room once from the floor plan and furnishes every photo from that one plan.

  • High quality

    High-resolution photos, no artefacts

Every photo comes in high resolution, ready for the listing. Walls, windows and floors stay as they are, and each photo is checked for warped lines, smudges and stray objects before you see it.

  • Fast

    Minutes, not days

Traditional digital staging means sending photos, briefing a designer and waiting a day or more, and again for every change. With Stailer you paste the listing link: one photo is ready in 5–10 minutes, a whole apartment in 15–30, and a change takes one sentence.

Why furnished photos work

Staging means furnishing a home for its listing photos, so people see a place to live instead of bare walls. Virtual staging does the same on the photos: no furniture to rent, carry or take away afterwards.

  • More attention

The first photo decides the click

People scroll past listing after listing and open the ones that look like a home. A bare room is easy to skip; a furnished one shows what the flat could be.

81% of home buyers searching online rated the photos very useful, ahead of every other listing feature

  • Fewer empty days

    Less time standing empty

In Finland a two-room rental flat's listing stayed up for a median of 19 days in 2025, and every one of those days is rent you never get back. Furnished photos help the listing stand out from the first day.

49% of sellers' agents say staging shortened the time on the market

  • Easier to picture

Size and use at a glance

An empty room is hard to judge: does a double bed fit, where would the sofa go, is there room for a dining table? Furniture answers before anyone has to ask.

83% of buyers' agents say staging makes it easier for buyers to picture the home as their future home

The staging figures come from US surveys of estate agents and home buyers. To our knowledge, no study in Finland has measured the effect of staging yet.

Questions

How long does it take?

Usually 15–30 minutes for a few photos. You can close the page; the photos wait for you in the studio.

Do the walls, windows and floors stay the same?

Yes. We only add furniture and decoration; the architecture, fixtures and the view stay as they are in your photo.

What if the open kitchen and living room are in two photos?

That is what Stailer is built for: the room is planned once from the floor plan, so the sofa, table and rug are the same in both views.

Do I need to mark the photos as virtually furnished?

Yes, mark them so in the listing and keep the originals available. It is good practice and expected by buyers and renters.

How do I get access?

Create an account with your email, or sign in with Google. During early access we approve new accounts by hand, usually within a working day.
