Privacy policy
What we collect, why, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are

Two roles
- For your account and your company's details, we are the controller.
- For the listing material you send us about your clients' homes (photos, floor plans, addresses, listing links and what you write about them), we process the data on your company's behalf: your company is the controller and we are the processor. The data processing terms cover this.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and name. With Google sign-in also your Google profile picture and user id; with a password only a one-way hash of it, never the password itself.
- Company: its name, business ID and billing email, the people in it, their roles and invitations.
- Stagings: listing links and addresses; the listing's photos, floor plan and text when we read a listing link; the photos and floor plans you upload; your wishes, reference pictures, the text and logo for the main photo, and change requests.
- What we make: the furnished photos and the stager's working files (furniture plans, notes and drawings).
- Usage: which stagings were furnished, when, by whom and how many photos, for invoicing; on a plan, also the credits added and used.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form, a problem report or by email to our addresses, and the emails we send you.
- Technical data: the cookies described below, your signed-in devices (browser and time), and server logs (IP address, time and request).
Why
- To provide the service you order: making the stagings, sending the "photos ready" emails and invoicing (contract).
- To keep the service secure and working, to answer your messages and to develop the service (legitimate interest).
- To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell data.
Who processes it
- netcup GmbH, Germany: servers and storage.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: the network in front of the site and protection against attacks. All traffic to the site passes through it.
- Anthropic, USA: the AI stager that plans the furniture, writes the instructions for each photo and checks the results. It receives a staging's photos, floor plan, address, wishes and change requests.
- kie.ai: access to the AI image models that furnish the photos (currently OpenAI's GPT Image and ByteDance Seedream) and to the AI models that read the photos and floor plans. It receives the photos, the floor plan and the instructions.
- OpenAI, USA: an alternative AI stager, if we use it instead of Anthropic.
- Google: sign-in with a Google account, if you choose it.
- Scaleway SAS, France: sending the emails the service sends you.
Some of these providers process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long

Your rights
- In Studio → Settings → Your data you can download a copy of your data and delete your account. You delete a staging in My properties.
- You can also ask us for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing: use the contact form or email [email protected]. We answer within a month. We may ask you to confirm the request from your account's email address.
- If you appear in listing material an agency sent us, for example as the owner or tenant of a home, contact the agency: it decides on its listing material, and we help it with your request.
- You can complain to the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi) or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Cookies
We use only what the service needs to work: the session cookie when you are signed in, a temporary cookie during sign-in, a cookie that remembers your language, and a cookie that keeps the stagings you started in this browser listed. The studio also remembers your last saved options in your browser. No analytics or advertising cookies. If a demo video is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, nothing is loaded from them until you press play; after that their own terms apply.
Changes
We update this policy when the service changes. This version is from 18 October 2026.
