Furnished listing photos, consistent across every view
Stailer virtually furnishes the photos of empty apartments for rental and sales listings in the Nordics.
Why furnished photos
Empty rooms are hard to read in photos: it is difficult to judge the size of a room or imagine living there. Furnished photos show how the space works and help the listing stand out, without the cost of physical staging.
What makes Stailer different
Most virtual staging furnishes each photo on its own, so an open living room photographed from two directions ends up with two different sofas. Stailer reads the floor plan and all the photos of the apartment first, plans the furniture for each room once, and then furnishes every chosen photo from that plan. The same sofa stands in the same place in every view.
How it works
- Paste the listing link, or upload the photos and the floor plan.
- Furnish just the main photo, or choose several: we suggest one per room and both views of an open living area.
- Optionally describe what you want and add pictures of furniture you like, or pick a style.
- One photo is usually ready in 5–10 minutes, a whole apartment in 15–30. If something is off, ask for changes. You can add more photos later, furnished to match.
Good practice
Virtually furnished photos show a possible furnishing, not the apartment's current state. Mark them as virtually furnished in the listing, and keep the original photos available. The architecture, windows, floors and fixtures in our photos are kept as they are; we only add furniture and decoration.
