Terms of service
The short version: send us photos you have the right to use, mark the results as virtually furnished, and we do our best to make them look right.
Draft: this text has not been legally reviewed yet and may change before launch.
The service
Stailer is provided by Stailer Solutions Oy (3585047-8). It adds virtual furniture and decoration to photos of apartments. Results are generated with AI and checked by our stager; small inaccuracies in furniture, reflections or details can occur.
Your account and company
- Each account belongs to a company. Everyone in the company sees its stagings, saved options and logos. The company's owner and admins invite and remove people.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You can delete your account in Studio → Settings → Your data. If you are the only person in your company, the company is deleted too, with its stagings and every photo in them.
Your photos
You confirm you have the right to use the photos, floor plans and reference images you send, for example as the owner, the agent or with the photographer's permission. You keep your rights to them. You give us the right to process them to provide the service.
Personal data
When your listing material contains personal data, we process it on your behalf under the data processing terms, which are part of these terms. How we handle your own account details is in the privacy policy.
The furnished photos
You may use the furnished photos for marketing the apartment in question, in listings, print and social media. Do not use them to misrepresent the condition, size or features of the apartment.
Checking and disclosing
- The photos are made with AI. Check every photo yourself before publishing it: that the apartment's architecture, windows, floors and fixtures are shown correctly and that nothing in the photo gives a false impression.
- You are responsible for the listings you publish, including telling buyers and renters that the photos are virtually furnished, as good practice and consumer protection rules require.
- Downloaded photos carry a "Digitally furnished" label by default. If you turn it off, you confirm that you will disclose the virtual furnishing yourself in another way.
- You are responsible for any claims that arise from how you publish or use the photos.
Changes and support
Each staging includes the change rounds shown on its page. On a plan, a change costs the credits shown before you send it.
If a result is wrong or doesn't match your order, for example a wrong room or changed walls, windows or camera angle, report it with "Report a problem" on the staging's page or contact us. By reporting a problem you let our staff look at that staging. We fix the result or give the credits back, and may also give credits as compensation. This does not limit your rights under mandatory law.
Plans and credits
This section applies to accounts with a plan. Partners billed by invoice agree their prices and payment terms with us separately.
- Plans. A plan is a monthly subscription that runs until cancelled. Each month of the plan we charge its price, VAT included, and add its credits to your account. The plan also sets how many people can use the account. One credit is worth the plan's price divided by its monthly credits.
- Monthly credits expire at the end of the month they are given for and do not carry over.
- Extra credits. With a plan you can buy extra credits. They are valid for 6 months from purchase and stay usable until then even if your plan ends. Their expiry date is shown before you pay and in Studio → Settings.
- Order of use. Work uses the credits that expire first: this month's credits, then credits from us and extra credits by expiry date.
- What work costs. A staging costs credits by its number of photos; photos added later cost the difference to the larger number; a change costs credits per marked photo. The current prices are in Studio → Settings, and the cost of any work is shown before you start it. That is what is used.
- Work that stops. If a staging, added photos or a change stops because of a problem on our side, its credits come back to your account automatically. They also come back if you delete a staging before the work on it has started.
- No cash value. Credits cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account. Expired credits are not refunded, except as these terms or the law require.
- Cancelling. You can cancel your plan at any time. It ends at the end of the current plan month.
Price changes
- We may change the prices of plans and extra credits and the credits work costs only because of changes in our costs for AI models, computing or other services we buy, changes in taxes, laws or decisions of authorities, or significant changes to the service. If those costs fall, we lower prices accordingly.
- We tell you about an increase by email at least one month before it takes effect. It applies at the earliest from the start of your next plan month after that; until then the old prices apply. You can cancel free of charge before the change takes effect, and we then refund the unused extra credits you have bought.
- An increase of more than 15 % within a year needs your acceptance.
- We may lower prices and make offers at any time. Each offer states its terms, the regular price and when it ends.
Withdrawal for consumers
If you buy a plan or extra credits as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase by telling us by email or through the contact form. If you asked us to start at once and have used credits, you pay for the credits used at their value and we refund the rest within 14 days. Credits that are fully used can no longer be withdrawn from. The renewal of a plan for a new month is not a new purchase.
Liability
- The service is provided as is.
- Stailer is not liable for damages arising from the misleading use of the photos, from missing or insufficient disclosure, or from decisions made on the basis of the photos. This applies to damages to you and to claims by third parties such as buyers or renters.
- Stailer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost income or a delayed sale or let.
- In all cases our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the staging in question, or on a plan to the value of the credits it used.
- These limits apply except where mandatory law does not allow them.
Law
Finnish law applies.
